I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The staff was genuinely attentive and made my stay comfortable, but I encountered issues with accessing our reserved spa day after numerous attempts. The dining options were outstanding, and I truly enjoyed the Sunday lunch, which was a great value for the quality. However, the challenges with booking and the overall communication left a bit to be desired.
